Shipping Policy

Domestic shipping by FedEx Priority Overnight. We are currently shipping out on Tuesdays for Wednesday deliveries. Live arrival is guaranteed provided someone is home to receive the shipment. Weather conditions may influence shipping schedule or may require shipping to local hub for pickup.

Our Goals

All animals are bred and hatched by us, unless otherwise noted. We guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and healthy provided that animals being held at a hub are picked up promptly and animals shipped to your door are received on the first delivery attempt. We must be notified of any D.O.A. immediately. We must be notified of any problem with your animal within 24 hours of receipt. We guarantee animals to be properly sexed, and to be feeding prior to leaving our facility. We will make our best effort to identify genetics accurately, but due to the complexity of multiple-gene animals, we're not able to guarantee genetics with 100% certainty. Recessive/Heterozygous genes are always guaranteed, unless stated otherwise.
